Due to human activity and natural disasters this unique species faces the threat of extinction. To help preserve Australian wildlife we donate $1 from every bottle sold to WIRES, Australia’s largest wildlife rescue organisation. Our limited edition whisky is carefully crafted using saison yeast and is matured in a 220 litre port cask.

TASTE: Strewed fruit, apple, stone fruit (apricot), orange tart, cinnamon
